Fried-Baked Chicken

Chicken Leg Quarters

Flour

Fat

Sage chopped

Salt

¼ cup Vinegar

 

Dredge the chicken in flour.

Put one or 2 in a cast iron pan with few tbsp of fat, salt and fry on the stove. Fry each side and transfer to a cast iron baking pan. Repeat the  processed until all is fried.

Spread the sage on them. Add ¼ cup apple cider vinegar.

Bake in  the oven at 425 degree F.

Serve with Baked Potato Wedges.

Save the juice from the baking pan and store in the fridge to use in an other cooking.
