Egg Free Pudding


6 cups milk

3/4 cups All purpose flour

1/2 cup sugar

Pinch salt

Flavoring of choice


Wisk the flour in half of the milk.

Add the remaining milk to a pot and set on medium heat.

Add the flour mixture to the pot.

Add the sugar and salt.

Stir until it boils. Boil for one minute and turn the heat off.

Strain to a bowl and scoop to serving bowls.

Cover and let it set overnight in the fridge or serve it warm right away.

To make Chocolate Peanut Butter Pudding, add 1 tbsp. of cocoa to the flour. Add 1/4 cup peanut butter to the milk in the pot and follow the rest of the direction above.
