As a business owner, I do a lot of things myself until our business generates enough for us to hire a team. I learned a lot through my searches and readings. However, sometimes I fall short on information on some specific topics. When I discover what worked for me or how I solved the issue, I like to document the process by writing an article or recording a video about it. That is my way of filling my processes or creating a manual for our business operating procedures and allowing others who might look for the same information to be able to find it.
