2 Quarts Homemade canned Beef (Hot Packed)

1 Quart Homemade Canned Potato

½ Quart Homemade Canned Green Beans

1 Cup sliced cabbage (frozen or fresh)

5 Sticks of Green Pepper

1 Cup Diced Celery (frozen or fresh)

2 Tbsp. Chopped Sage (frozen or fresh)

Salt to Taste

Saltine Crackers.

Direction

In a 6-quart pot,  pour in the canned beef, canned potato, canned green beans, cabbage, celery, sage, and the liquid in the canned jars.

Cover the pot with a lid and bring to a boil. Stir and reduce the heat.

Cook for about 30 minutes.

Taste and salt if necessary.

Serve hot with saltine crackers.

This soup fed 6 people with leftovers for lunch the next day for 3 kids.
