1.5 Lbs. Ground Beef

½ Cup Tomato Puree

1 Cup Shredded Carrot

1 Diced Chili Pepper

Salt to taste

2 Tbsp. Fat or Olive oil

Directions:

Add the ground beef to a pot. Add fat if the ground beef is lean. Cook on the stove. Use a spoon to break the ground beef apart.

Cook until brown.

If the ground beef has a lot of excess fat, drain it. The saved fat can be stored in the fridge and used in cooking.

Add the carrot, chili pepper, and salt.

Cook for few minutes.

Add the tomato puree.

Stir and cover the pot.

Bring to a boil and cook above low heat for about 15 to 3o minutes.

French steak rolls among other breads can be used.

Preheat the oven at 400 degrees F.

Lay the French steak rolls in a single layers on a baking dish. Cast iron baking pan is preferred.

Bake for 6 minutes. Take the pan out of the oven.

To serve, cut the rolls lengthwise. Fill inside with the ground beef  filling.
