1.5 Lbs. Ground Beef

½ Cup Bone Broth or Meat Juice

1-2 Tbsp. Flour

1 Cup Shredded Carrot

1 Diced Chili Pepper

3 Cups Chopped garlic Mustard leaves (Alliaria petiolate)

Salt to taste

2 Tbsp. Fat or Olive oil

Directions:

Add the ground beef to a pot. Add fat if the ground beef is lean. Cook on the stove. Use a spoon to break the ground beef apart.

Cook the beef until it is brown.

If the ground beef has a lot of excess fat, drain it. The saved fat can be stored in the fridge and used in cooking.

Add flour and cook for a minute.

Add carrot, chili pepper, wild mustard, and salt.

Cook for few minutes.

Add the broth.

Stir and cover the pot.

Bring to a boil. Decrease the heat  and cook for about 15 to 3o minutes.

French steak rolls among other breads can be used.

Preheat the oven at 400 degrees F.

Lay the French steak rolls in a single layer on a baking dish. Cast iron baking pan is preferred.

Bake for 6 minutes. Take the pan out of the oven.

To serve, cut the rolls lengthwise. Fill inside with the ground beef filling.

Any leftover can be served on plain rice as well.
