After I used the meat from my freezer, I started to used my canned meat and vegetables. I didn’t have prior experience with cooking with canned vegetables or meat. The only canned food I buy is buy tomato puree. I have to come up with a way to cook my meals using my homemade canned food. I didn’t salt the soup but it can be salted last to taste as the chicken and potatoes were salted prior to canning.

This chicken soup is good for a cold day or to help with cold. The broth was made by simmering the bones for more than a day to extract most of their nutrients including calcium
