Â
Leftover 1 piece of Fried-Baked chicken quarter
¼ cup flour
1 quart Potato water saved from boiling potato
2 tbsp olive oil
1 small potato onion or 2 tbsp of any diced onion
Direction:
De-bone the chicken and dice in small pieces. It made about 1 1/2 cups.
Sauté onion. Add flour.
Cook it for few minutes.
Add the potato water slowly and continue to stir.
Add Salt.
Bring to a boil.
Add the diced chicken.
Cook stirring for few minutes.
Serve the gravy on cooked potato.
I saved the remaining potato water in a half gallon jar in my fridge and use it later for chili.
Do you save your potato water? What do you use it for?
