French Steak Buns

4 lbs Pork Steak

1 cup chopped onion top or green onion or 1 onion chopped

4 Med tomatoes diced

1 tbsp chopped sage or herbs of choice

Spice of choice

2 cups water

Salt

Oil

Shredded cheese –optional

Direction:

Add the steak in a pot sprinkle salt and spice on it. Do one layer of steak in the pot.

Add 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and cook until just done.

Remove to a board. Let it cool down for few minutes and slice thing with a serrated knife. Repeat the process until all the steaks are cooked and sliced. Transfer the cooking liquid to a bowl.

In the same pot, Add few tbsp of oil, the onion, and herbs. Cook until soft.

Add the sliced steak. Cook for few minutes. Add the diced tomatoes. Salt. Cook until everything is well incorporated.

In the meantime, preheat the oven at 350 degree F.

Lay the buns in a baking pan and bake for about 5 minutes or until crisp.

Take out of the oven. Slice to open and add the steak stir fry and drizzle a little of shredded cheese.
