Basic Non-food staples to stock up on in emergency or unexpected event

  • Non-food items would include: Toilet paper, soap, rubbing alcohol, toothpaste, vinegar, baking soda, and washing soda. Washing soda can be used to clean the bathroom, sinks, and to do laundry. In my house, we use lye soap we make and sell, to shower, to wash hands, and to wash dishes. I use baking soda to wash my hair and vinegar to rinse it. Washing soda to do laundry and clean the bathroom. We don’t use paper tower.
  • If you need feminine products like tampons and diapers for your baby, buy as many as you can afford. I use hemp and bamboo flat fabric for my menstrual and I used diaper cloths for my kids when they were younger.
