1 Lb. Ground Beef
½ Cup Bone Broth or Meat Juice
1-2 Tbsp. Flour
½ Cup Chopped Green Onion or onion I used Egyptian Onion leaves)
1 Cup Shredded Carrot
1 Diced Chili Pepper
Salt to taste
2 Tbsp. Fat or Olive oil
2 Lbs. of frozen Peas
Directions:
Add the ground beef to a pot. Add fat if the ground beef is lean. Cook on the stove. Use a spoon to break the ground beef apart.
Cook the beef until it is brown.
If the ground beef has a lot of excess fat, drain it. The saved fat can be stored in the fridge and used in cooking.
Add flour and cook for a minute.
Add onion, carrot, chili pepper, and salt.
Cook for few minutes.
Add the peas and the broth.
Stir and cover the pot.
Bring to a boil. Decrease the heat  and cook for about 15 minutes.
Serve with Homemade herb Bread.
Preheat the oven at 400 degrees F.
Lay the frozen herb bread  in a single layer on a baking dish. Cast iron baking pan is preferred.
Bake for 6 minutes. Turn the bread if the bottom is buttered as well and bake for another 6 minutes or until the buttered sides are crusty. Take the pan out of the oven.
