When you plan to sew a blouse and plan to use more than one color, you can choose:
A fiber: cotton for instance
The fabric weave type: woven fabric
Fabric types: printed fabric and solid color fabric.
You can pair printed fabric and solid color fabric.
To pick a secondary fabric to pair with the main fabric of choice, you can analyze the color in the prints on the printed fabric to pick a solid color already present in the main fabric.
Alternatively, you can pick a complementary color of the main color in the printed fabric.
You might prefer a monochromatic color but a different shade to use as accent color to the main color of the printed fabric.
