Dry Herb Leaves

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Direction

Use a mortar and a pestle to grind the dry herb.

Transfer the ground herb to a glass jar.

Add olive oil to cover the herb.

Stir and add more oil to completely cover the herb.

Close the jar and set in a dark area.

Times to times shake the jar to stir it.

Let the herb infuse in the oil for at least a month.

When ready, strain with a strainer and press with a spoon to remove the oil as much as  possible. Strain to a glass jar. Close and keep in a dark area.

Herb infused oil can be diluted with other oils, like extra virgin olive oil or extra virgin coconut oil to make herbal body oil or herbal body butter for the skin.
