My husband gave me a nice Mother’s day gift by writing a beautiful letter to me.
Few years ago we decided not to give gift to each other and focus on paying off our debts.
Too recently, I decluttered some bags and found the holiday cards my husband gave me in the past. I read them again and tossed them. I told him that I would like him to write me letters himself instead of buying these cards with message already on them and he just signed them. I told him that I like to collect these messages and I prefer the message is from him.
For my mother’s day 2020 he gave me the first letter he wrote himself on a simple note book paper.
How to give Mother’s Day gift without spending money
You could give a Mother’s Day gift without spending money if you are on budget to your partner, your wife, the mother of your children. You could write to say to her how you feel about her and how great she is.
To me it is a great gift and it means a lot more to me than my husband taking me out to eat or buying an expensive gift.
Grabbing a simple paper and just lay down your thought about your partner doesn’t cost you money. You don’t need to purchase an expensive card with premade message. Just write your own if you are on budget and are paying off debt.
But you both have to agree and be on the same page for this gift to be appreciated.
