How to record actual expenses?
Using our Budget and Monthly Expense Tracker our March actual expenses and income are as follow: Actual income: $4,927.81
Basic Living Expenses: $1,214.18 including our utilities, groceries, minimum mortgage, and credit card payment.
Based on our budget & monthly expense tracker, we paid $1,145.68 toward additional principal of our mortgage.
On our budget & monthly expense we recorded $383.05 paid extra toward credit card.
Based on our irregular expense tracker we spent $142.79 toward irregular expenses. We save every month for irregular expenses. We spent from our savings to pay for our irregular expenses.
Based on our budget and monthly expense we invested $1,214.85 our businesses. These are our March actual expenses.
How to track monthly expenses?
We track our monthly expenses using our Budget and Monthly Expense Tracker and our Irregular Expense Tracker. We record monthly expenses as we pay them or as we receive the bills.
Tracking and recording our monthly expenses allow us to know how much we earned and how much we spent.
In March we earned $4,927.81 and spent $3,817.25.
