Ingredients:

1 Lb. ground Beef

1 ½ Cup Green Onion Chopped (I use fresh tops of Egyptian onion from our garden)

Salt

Chili Flakes

2 Tbsp. Olive oil (or leftover fat from baked meat)

Cooked Plain Rice

Direction:

Plain Rice

While the rice is cooking (starting to boil), start cooking the ground beef.

In a pan, add oil and the ground beef. Break it apart. Cook on medium high heat until just brown but the juice is still in the pan.

Add the onion, salt and chili flakes.

Stir.

Cover the pan with a lid and reduce the heat  to 9 o’clock. Boil slowly for about 10 to 15 minutes until everything is cooked with some juice still in the pan.

Serve the cooked ground beef on cooked rice.

It is a quick evening dinner.
